Operator III - Warehouse

We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scheduling processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead production meetings. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining workflow across various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize JDE (AS400) and Apriso systems to manage scheduling tasks effectively.
• Work with Excel to analyze data and create reports.
• Flexibly cover shifts in response to absenteeism, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product ranges and wall ovens to support scheduling decisions.
• Apply mathematical skills to solve scheduling-related problems.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Lead production meetings to discuss schedules, priorities, and any challenges that arise.
• Utilize SAP for tracking and managing production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of JDE (AS400) and Apriso systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed.
• Basic understanding of product lines, specifically ranges and wall ovens.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
