The Plant Engineering Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the manufacturing processes within the plant. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of production processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Process Engineer will also be involved in new product introductions, process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and develop action plans to optimize efficiency, reduce scrap, and material usage.
