Salary Range: $76,250.00 - $129,375.00 Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary/wage offered. Purpose of Position: Our Human Resources leaders care deeply about the employee experience and support FSIs mission to prepare aviation professionals around the world to save lives through exceptional training experiences. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR administrative support to the HR Leadership Team. Partners with HRBP and Sr. HRBP to provide consultive business partnership to specific FSI business function or learning centers to help develop and execute HR strategies that foster organization effectiveness. This individual manages multiple priorities and therefore, the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment and effectively work through ambiguity.
