Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated college student with a strong work ethic to join our summer internship program as a Financal Operations intern with our Finance and Operations teams, with a worksite location in the Northwest region (Portland, OR or Seattle, WA). Throughout the summer program, interns will benefit from close mentorship and engaging hands-on activities, enabling them to obtain real-world experience and develop a solid foundation of the controller function within a national specialty construction contractor. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Analyze the company's financial performance through preparation and review of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. Performance Contacting provides hourly wage, relocation reimbursement and corporate housing option for all interns. Upon completion of the internship, each intern will receive an evaluation which will be considered for future employment opportunities with the company. Requirements Basic Requirements:
