Role: Senior Director Global Channel Sales

About the role:

The Senior Director of channel sales, retail & wholesale will be responsible for North America and Rest of World (ROW) sales through all retail and wholesale channels including Amazon, managing Channel Partner relations with online retailers, wholesalers, and brick & mortar resellers. Primary focus is selling Wiley trade and academic books through retail and wholesale channels in both print and digital formats.

How you will make an impact:

  • Management of commercial interests and revenue through these channels, Channel Partner relations with online retailers, wholesalers, and brick & mortar resellers.
  • Working closely with shared service operations team to ensure that product is made available through sales channels, marketed effectively and tracked effectively.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring that go to market (GTM) operations, sales and marketing efforts in global markets are optimized and developing GTM operational support and strategy that helps our book publishing divisions achieve its maximum revenue growth potential.
  • Leading and designing new strategies and tactics globally that can grow additional revenue streams for APL.
  • Serves as a sales lead for all publishing through retail and wholesale channels and works closely with publishing leaders to help support publishing plans.
