The primary objective of the Manager of Product Marketing is to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for Pluritem's products and services. This includes but is not limited to developing brand messaging, leading the development and implementation of websites that attract prospects, working to establish alliance partnerships, and helping to launch an innovative new data platform. The primary goal is to increase revenue by using marketing tools to attract new prospects.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:



  • Develop brand messaging
  • Design and implement website marketing strategies
  • Identify, establish and nurture alliance partnerships
  • Aid in the development of analytic platforms
  • Aid in the marketing of a new data platform
  • Develop the budget and visibility plan for the brand's participation at industry conferences


What We Are Looking For

Professional Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare, marketing, business, computer science or related field
  • Minimum Associate's Degree required in a related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare data preferred


The Team

Milliman Pluritem is a pioneering business unit at Milliman with a mission to free patient data from outdated technology and silos. Pluritem's flag-ship product is CareFlowIQ - a SaaS-based, clinical data platform that makes patient data more accessible and enables enhanced patient care. Founded by industry veterans who led work at Apple and Amazon, Milliman Pluritem leverages innovative technology to deliver clinical insights to the healthcare industry. Our platform is designed to streamline operations, enhance patient care, and optimize resource management, ensuring that healthcare providers can focus on what they do best-delivering exceptional care at lower costs.

Location

This is a remote position. Candidates hired into this role may work onsite in select Milliman office locations, if they prefer. The anticipated closure date for this posting is November 15, 2024.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $73,000-$144,000 depending on a combination of factors depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This position also offers a discretionary bonus with a target of up to 20% based on individual and the business unit's performance.

  • A minimum of 8 paid holidays
  • Milliman covers 100% of the premiums for life insurance, AD&D, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent care, transportation, and applicable medical needs
