Overview Milliman's Indianapolis Health Practice is looking for a Dashboard Developer to manage and enhance our expanding portfolio of data-driven reporting solutions focused on healthcare analytics, with a particular emphasis on Medicaid programs. The role includes building and optimizing scalable, cloud-based dashboards while ensuring data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and top performance with large data sets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply industry best practices in software development, and take full ownership of critical reporting solutions that serve both internal and external stakeholders. This role also offers the chance to work on complex data challenges, driving performance improvements and ensuring the seamless integration of data across various platforms. The Team The Indianapolis Health practice has 200+ full-time employees from various academic and professional backgrounds. Our practice is strategically structured to serve state Medicaid and other health and human service agencies. We create dedicated core teams for each state Medicaid agency client that are customized to serve each of our clients' unique needs. As a member of the IDEAS team, you will provide analytical support services to our key state clients and their dedicated core teams, under the mentorship of senior data consultants. Our data team works cross-functionally with professionals from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds including actuarial, policy, finance, pharmacy, and data management - working together with the common goal of best serving our clients' needs. Location The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with 2 to 3 days per week of on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.
