SENIORS ACOUNT MANAGER

JOB LOCATION
(This position is based at our headquarters in Wilmington, NC). We offer a flexible work environment that includes the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate. As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible forgenerating new business in new and existing accounts, to drive profitable sales growth.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the production and materials teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales reports, budget, and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company

Your Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Textile related field.
  • Textile Experience; Textile Engineering/Product Development, Textile Sales, etc.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a related sales role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, word, PowerPoint and excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
