Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst Location: Conyers, GA What we are looking for: We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, including both base pay and incentive pay, that meet Dover Food Retail's objectives and business needs, in partnership with the Dover Compensation Center of Excellence. The Senior Compensation Analyst will also provide training and compensation consultation to the HR team and serve as a trusted advisor/resource to the HR Team and business leaders. Leads day to day compensation activities including production of compensation communications and approvals, reporting, audits, etc. Partners across Dover Food Retail to understand business needs and proactively apply compensation knowledge to develop solutions.
