Job Description A day in the life: Under limited supervision, the Consultant I is responsible for providing coaching and oversight to adjusters regarding use of and payments to general contractors and Allstate preferred vendors via the Good Hands Repair Network and Alacrity. The individual reviews, analyzes, and processes mitigation and general contractor bills for payment. This person may be asked to provide guidance and oversight to employees of first- and third-party property claims and support Claims leaders to ensure consistency and objectivity in our claim handling. This person may be asked to conduct quality reviews for appropriate coverage and subrogation investigation, damage determination and estimation, and compliance with claim processes.
