We are seeking a talented
Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role can be based at one of our San Diego locations-either our Torrey Pines HQ or our Golden Triangle offices-or at our Irvine Corporate Center. This is an in-office position with some travel required across our California locations and others.
Essential Functions:
- Enhancing Client Experience: Integrate sales and service efforts to elevate the customer experience within our banking offices and branches.
- Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction with our products, services, and technological solutions.
- Lead a team of project professionals implementing strategies that enhance both client and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with bank management, business units, and department partners to support delivery of bank products and services, ensuring a seamless client and employee experience.
- Monitor and enhance processes essential to consumer and business lending to ensure effective risk management and a positive client experience.
- Submit recommendations based on market analysis, financial performance to optimize the client and employee experience.
- Regularly review and refine banking processes and technologies to enhance the overall experience for clients and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experiencewith a proven track record in banking, financial analysis, risk management, and relationship management.
- Thorough understanding of banking regulations and laws. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Extensive leadership, management, coaching, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional ability to interact with senior management and customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, enhancing the client and employee experience.
- Excellent strategic planning, project, and change management skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and circumstances to complete assignments effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in client and employee satisfaction.
- Advanced experience in identifying and assessing solutions and creating business and financial cases to enhance the client and employee experience.
Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,00 based on experience and other job-related factors.
