We are seeking an Engineering Services Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI. If you are an experienced leader with a passion for civil engineering, then this is the job for you. As the Engineering Services Manager, you will oversee a talented team of engineers working on a variety of private development projects. You will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring quality and compliance, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project alignment with community needs.
  • Mentor team members, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct people management within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proven experience managing private development projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
