LinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join the Warfighter Analysis and Assessments team that provide USSPACECOM SIG Design and Innovation Facilitator. Expertise Supporting operational design, design methodology, group facilitation, and Analytical Effects. An active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY. In this role, you will support the USSPACECOM Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG) to identify, develop, and test innovative ideas for USSPACECOM partly by applying cutting edge "Design Thinking" processes to cultivate divergent warfighting options. Additionally, you will help educate Command members on "Design Thinking" methodologies and disruptive innovation processes to foster idea development at all levels in USSPACECOM and evaluate concepts and strategies to maintain a digitally superior, competitive, and agile force. A perfect candidate will have Combatant Command experience and "Design Thinking" experience. You will:

Compensation: Starting salary ranges from approximately $145,000 to $175,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Why LinQuest?
