(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: The role has 2 scopes, including leading a team of Regional Patient Access Managers to provide field access support services and education to Health Care Professionals (HCPs), helping to optimize patient access to Company products and accelerate time to treatment, as well as individually working patient access and education for a region. Leads a team of subject matter experts on coverage issues for written prescriptions for Company products in process, access support services, processes and forms, distribution, education on payer specific coverage issues, policies and processes, and Company patient financial support programs. Acts as the main interface with Field Sales Sr. Leadership, national accounts, payer marketing, commercial analytics and operations to develop and execute the patient access strategy. Provides feedback to corporate management on local patient access challenges._ Your Contributions (include, but not limited to):

Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. |
