Job Description: Perkins Coie is seeking a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic leader to take on the role of the Washington, D.C. Office Business Director (OBD) to manage the day-to-day business operations and office management. The OBD, under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, will report to the Regional Business Director and will actively engage in strategic planning relative to the operations of the local office. The position, based in the Washington, D.C. office, is a hybrid role that requires ability to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at minimum. SKILLS NECESSARY
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Qualified candidates must have a minimum of five years of supervisory or office management experience in a mid-sized or larger office and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Those with experience in a law firm environment are strongly preferred.
