The Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lecturer to join our Graduate Nursing Program. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of developing future nurse practitioners and nursing leaders through high-quality education. Lecturers will be responsible for delivering theoretical content, developing assessments, and evaluating graduate-level nursing students to ensure achievement of the course learning objectives. The lecturer will work under the direction of the program director and the associate dean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality theoretical instruction for assigned graduate nursing courses
- Develop and deliver course content through lectures, online platforms, and discussions to achieve the course learning objectives.
- Create, administer, and grade assessments, including exams, quizzes, and written assignments.
- Provide timely feedback to students and support their academic progress.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development and course improvement.
- Stay current with best practices in nursing education and integrate evidence-based practices into teaching.
- Participate in student advisement and mentorship as needed. Uphold academic integrity and support the mission and values of The Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden

MSN in School Health is the first School Nurse Certificate Program based upon the National Association of School Nurses' (

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
