Director of Revenue Cycle

The hospital is dedicated to delivering exceptional inpatient and outpatient surgical and medical care to our patients cost-effectively. We prioritize active involvement from both physicians and patients in directing the care provided. Our mission also includes offering the community an alternative choice in health care delivery.

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the responsibilities include:



  • Taking charge of establishing and carrying out the organization's revenue cycle activities to meet revenue targets
  • Improving financial interactions with patients throughout the care process
  • Adhering to the principles, policies, procedures, objectives, and financial plans set by the facility's governing board and corporate offices
  • Ensuring the protection and accurate maintenance of patient, staff, and physician information at all times
  • Overseeing the backend revenue cycle process, including billing, collection, and efficient handling of claims, denials, and appeals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce delinquent accounts and maximize revenue generation
  • Improving the overall cash flow and profitability of the organization.
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations


Requirements:



  • Management experience in a hospital business office setting.
  • Ten years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare payer-specific guidelines.
