Location: Calmont Operations BuildingDepartment: Member ServicesShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Lead, Marketing Representative will take a lead role in CCHP Medicaid and CHIP membership growth and retention. Ensures department compliance with HHSC Marketing policies and procedures. Oversees quality assurance of departmental reporting to meet measures. Responsible for highly sensitive levels of interaction. Demonstrates decision making and problem solving skills, including collecting and analyzing information and development of alternative courses of action. Must be a subject expert on presenting, promoting, and marketing our programs to all interested individuals, groups, community organizations, healthcare professionals, etc. Develop presentations to various target audiences. Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with community contacts. Collaborates and coordinates efforts with the Director, Access & Delivery Management on tracking, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
