PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As the Analyst, Receivables Management, you will ensure the timely collection of all amounts due under customer contracts while maintaining a strong client relationship. This involves utilizing the Collection Escalation Process to include letters and phone calls, while at the same time addressing customer disputes, concerns or inquiries.
