Salary Grade: T24 Learn more about the "T" salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf Job Summary: Education Abroad and Overseas Campuses serves as the central unit responsible for promoting and facilitating education abroad at Temple University. Education Abroad administers academic year, semester, and summer study abroad programs hosted by Temple's overseas campuses in Italy and Japan; offered through exchange and other institutional partners around the globe and developed and led by Temple faculty members. Enrolling and serving an average of 1200 Temple and non-Temple students a year, the Education Abroad team is committed to providing transformative global learning experiences that prepare the diverse students from Temple and our U.S. partner institutions to develop as engaged global citizens, collective problem-solvers, and leaders in their chosen field. The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for administrative and data management for study abroad admissions and applicant retention. Duties include cultivating connections with applicants to increase retention and yield; communicating with applicants about applications and required materials; processing applications and preparing them for review; managing pre-departure forms and documents; creating and managing reports, including reports for housing, registration, and applicant lists. The Coordinator assists with course registration and course approvals and supports the visa application process for study abroad. The Coordinator provides basic study abroad advising to students, and participates in recruitment and outreach as needed. Supports general office functions. The Coordinator role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing a high volume of student records while adhering to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is committed to student service and interested in working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in higher education, which can include experience as a student worker, preferably in an international programs office.
