We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Product Manager with a passion for AI to join our ISV Commercialization team. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap and execution to ensure our Agentforce commercialization strategy meets the needs of our ISV partners. You'll play a critical part in shaping the future of Agentforce for our ISV partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the strategy and requirements!

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, AI technologies, and product management for enterprise solutions, with an understanding of consumption strategy such as usage attribution, provisioning, and enterprise distribution strategies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that Agentforce products are successfully commercialized and aligned with our ISV partners' needs, driving adoption and long-term success through scalable and innovative product and Agentforce monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the strategic vision and strategy for commercialization of Agentforce offerings for ISV and OEM partners

  • Engage directly with ISV partners to gather insights into their business models, technical requirements, and pain points related to Agentforce

  • Own ISV JTBD, prioritizing features and enhancements based on OEM partner requirements related to Agentforce

  • Maintain a PRD and backlog of prioritized product features, balancing immediate ISV/OEM needs with long-term product vision and market opportunities.

  • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales to ensure successful product delivery and market readiness.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for Agentforce products, ensuring all teams are aligned on launch timelines, goals, and key results.

  • Drive effective communication across departments, ensuring that all partners are informed of product updates, launch plans, and timelines.

  • Evaluate competitive products and services to identify differentiation opportunities and areas where our offerings can provide unique value to ISVs.

  • Test Agentforce OEM SKUs with modifications as defined by partner requirements

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective messaging, positioning, and content that highlights the value of Agentforce.

Required Qualifications:

  • A related technical degree required.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud platforms, AI technologies, or enterprise software solutions.

  • Understanding of Data Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, and related technologies

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and methodologies. Experience as a Salesforce partner is a plus.

  • Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to create detailed, structured PRDs that clearly capture the vision, requirements, and user stories

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and partner management teams to drive product success.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and balance opposing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ISV partners, particularly in the commercialization of software products or cloud-based solutions.

  • Familiarity with ISV partner business models, licensing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for cloud and AI products.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,900 to $265,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
