Job Summary/Objective: Key Responsibilities Long Description
Education, Experience, and Skills (Required or preferred minimum levels to function in role) Required: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Specialized Degree: Engineering Certificates: *Green Belt certification required; Lean or Six Sigma (Southwire Lean certification for internal candidates) Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership in executing continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma efforts and enabling efficiency, effectiveness, and tangible financial benefit. Travel: Domestic % of Time: Up to 25% Education, Experience, and Skills Preferred: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Specialized Degree: Engineering Years of Experience: 5+ Field of Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership in executing continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma efforts and enabling efficiency, effectiveness, and tangible financial benefit.
