We are seeking a Maintenance Technician (Full-time) to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. This position will be scheduled 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and will participate in an on-call rotation every fourth week. Responsibilities: Maintains and makes repairs to the facility and equipment in a timely manner. Assists with coordination of maintenance requests and assists Plant Director with preventive maintenance. Responsible for painting and repairs to rooms and/or apartments to prepare for incoming residents. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED desired. Vocational training in related field preferred. Experience: Minimum three years related experience in a commercial building or health care environment preferred.
