Responsibilities Evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs. Qualifications: Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program. Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Minnesota in good standing. Experience: Minimum of one year previous experience as a nurse required. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
