Manager of Telecommunications
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Telecommunications and Unified Communications will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and optimization of the organizationis telecommunications and unified communications systems. This role will ensure effective communication solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
EDUCATION:
Bacheloris degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, ITIL).
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications and unified communications, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
i Strong knowledge of VoIP systems, video conferencing technologies, and collaborative communication tools.i Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, network design, and IT security principles.i Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.i Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.i Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.i Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiation
