Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Program Manager for our Business Development Department. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility but has the option to be a hybrid schedule or a remote worker. The Senior Program Manager will manage and direct the daily execution of contract and or proposal requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met. They will provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts. This position also works closely with all functional departments to manage a development program or proposals. Work outcomes may encompass product development, services, IRAD or new business proposals.Responsibilities are conducted under the guidance of senior level management (Director of Programs, or Line of Business (LOB) Lead). Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required. The expected pay scale for this position is $121,470.00/year - $188,581.00/year for the state of Washington and $126,991.00/year - $197,153.00/year for the state of California. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
