Microsoft Teams is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager leading Mobile. As the Senior Product Manager you will help define the strategy for Microsoft Teams in Mobile for the Commercial audience, creating mechanisms for coherence across other verticals, partner teams, and our desktop clients. We are looking for product managers with a focus on high-craft mobile experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product we are developing meets, and exceeds, the needs of customers and internal teams alike. This role requires a mix of product thinking, strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement. ResponsibilitiesShape and execute a multi-year vision, strategy, and execution plan for Teams Mobile. Manage cross-functional partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, and research to establish a shared strategic framework, technical vision, plans, and roadmap. Champion core mobile investments and create robust surfaces for a coherent end-to-end experience wherever someone uses Teams. Lead key partnerships with a diverse set of teams and organizations to ensure the best Teams experience for customers. Envision and design experiences that delight customers, authoring detailed, crisp requirements and user stories for these experiences. Engage with customers, both directly and indirectly, in formal and informal settings to connect with them and understand their needs. Customer-focused with a track record of shipping innovative, user-friendly features. Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
