Hourly Range: $13.54-$17.41, depending on experience.

As the Warehouse Associate based at our facility in Fishers, IN, you will enjoy making an impact on the business and our customers through maintaining, monitoring, and orchestrating the movement of our products in and out of our warehouse.

Your core focus will be to positively impact our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities by ensuring they have the products they need to drive their organizations forward.

In addition, as Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the logistics and supply chain process, contributing to the smooth, effective, and safe operation of the warehouse.

What you'll do




  • Load and unload products and freight with a focus on efficiency and safety
  • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Convey recognized problems within the warehouse to management
  • Verify incoming and outgoing material against associated documents for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the computer system
  • Validating proper stock rotations and reconciling paperwork and returns
  • Operate heavy material handle equipment including forklifts and hand trucks
  • Utilize technology equipment such as handheld scanners, iPads, and PCs
  • Ensure that forklifts are plugged in and always charged
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and properly dispose trash
  • Adhere to Toshiba's safety rules and security procedures
  • Assemble, pack, pick, and occasionally kitting materials
  • Ensure the precision of the physical inventory through systematic count and move discarded material to the storage area



Qualifications




  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations
  • Effective in keeping paperwork organized while managing multiple, concurrent tasks
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Versed in operating a computer and updating data portals
  • Working knowledge of computerized inventory systems
  • Capable of maneuvering a forklift
  • Active listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively
