Responsibilities Working under routine supervision, the Home Health & Hospice Aide performs various patient care activities in meeting personal needs of pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in their homes and assists patients & families in achieving safe and sanitary physical comfort. Services that are provided are ordered by the physician included in the plan of care, permitted under state law and are consistent with the aide's training. Qualifications Required:
