Summary:
This position is responsible for evaluating internal business needs and requirements, budget and project manage new projects or upgrades and assist in ticket escalation and prioritization. Additional requirements to lead audit and compliance efforts for internal IT security.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support IT management on new business needs analysis, product evaluations and selection analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience working in matrix organization.
  • Must have experience working in an organization that supports Federal government contracting.
  • Leads monthly IT helpdesk and service ticket resolution outcomes and ITIL improvements with IT management. Knowledge of Ivanti ITSM or other similar ITSM tools.
  • Strong understanding of NIST 800-171, CMMC, or ISO 27001 standards and compliance requirements.
  • Lead compliance reviews for internal IT and business area needs for Security Plans, audit, and enforcement policies.
  • Candidate will acknowledge and participate in annual ethics training provided by Four Points.
  • Candidate will review, acknowledge, and participate in any US government and regulatory security trainings periodically as required in their role.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • PMP certification Preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Skills with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project Preferred
  • Must be a self-starter requiring minimal day to day oversight.
  • Must be able to independently identify issues and problems and provide recommended solutions to overcome those problems.


Education/Experience:

  • BS/BA Degree in related field plus 5 years of experience and/or training, OR
  • Associate Degree and 8+ years of experience and/or training, OR
  • 10+ years of experience and/or training, OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
