Receptionist
Overview Responsible for operating a multi-line phone system answering inbound phone calls. Routes callers to correct department or individual. Candidate will greet all guests and staff upon arrival and reach out to OneBlood employess to come and get visitor. Adiionally the receptionist will be required to be logged into our Live Chat platform all day assisting donors with quesitons while meeting or exceding daily goals.
