Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $73,450.00/Yr. - USD $122,400.00/Yr.. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. SRC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, vacation and sick paid time off accruals starting at 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick leave annually, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Three + (3+) years' experience evaluating projects and programs within the Department of Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DOD)
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing requirements, budgets, and schedules on DON or DOD projects
  • Demonstrated expertise performing management, technical, or business case analysis
  • Experience with documentation, change control management, and data management
  • Experience evaluating program and project objectives
  • Understand of DPAS Warehouse Management and ability to obtain DPAS Warehouse Management certification
  • Possess a current DoD Secret security clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving


Desired Skills

  • Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Five + (5+) years' experience evaluating projects and programs within the Department of Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DOD)
  • Current DPAS Warehouse Management training module certificate
  • Demonstrated expertise collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft project acquisition and product programs

  • Applies analytical techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Analyzes requirements, status budget, and schedules
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/project acquisition and product programs
  • Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
  • Provides information to evaluate program performance for adherence to established requirements, monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Prepares, plans, and reports program activity, prepares and coordinates program plans, project schedules, specialized reports, and proposal documents
