Requirements

    5-8 years- experience managing and leading small technical test and evaluation project teams
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills

  • Previous JT-E project management experience within last five years
  • Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
  • Previous experience in development of field training portals


Description

  • Advise and assist the CHAC TOI Test Director and lead the contract team in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT-E Handbook and the CHAC TOI SP performance work statement
  • Oversee the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), development of the project plan, test planning to include test venue coordination, Risk Reduction Events, Detailed Test Plan, Field Test Events, test analysis and reports
  • Responsible to the Test Director for the team-s TTP development efforts to include research, hosting writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs)
  • Leads the team-s test product (TTP) transitions, and final out briefings of the test project-s findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Responsible for the management of a diverse team consisting of test planners, TTP developers, subject matter analysts and the team-s Operations Research Systems Analyst
  • Members of the team shall include experience in Commanders- decision-making processes, collection, archiving and sharing of data, and training portal development. Additionally responsible for the tracking of the project team-s labor and travel budget IAW FARs and contract budgetary limits, as well as oversight of all SRC and Subcontractor teammate invoicing

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
