Licensed Professional Counselor Psychiatry (Master's degree/LPC required) - Main Campus

• Provide intake evaluations and outpatient therapy services including intake evaluations, individuals, couples, family therapy, potential for group therapy within community at University Hospitals satellite offices. (60-70%)
• Communicates/collaborates with the team using a multidisciplinary approach (5-10%)
• Understands and follow policies and procedures regarding referrals to relevant hospital services - Intensive Outpatient Program, Inpatient, Electro-convulsive Therapy (5-10%)
• Collaborates and consults with multidisciplinary team within the Mood Disorders Program (5-10%)
• Maintain patient records in accordance with UH standards (10%)
• Assist with organizational development and relationship management with relevant referral sources (5%)
• Periodically participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings (5%)
