DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In the role of Highway Foreman 3, you will oversee and guide the paint crew members, ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and effectively, with the goal of completing tasks before the season concludes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the agility line painting efforts in collaboration with multiple municipalities. The safety of our workforce and the residents of Pennsylvania is of utmost importance.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Actual hours may fluctuate based on seasonal demands and overtime requirements.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Highway Foreman 2; or
- Three years of experience as a skilled tradesman including one year of supervisory experience on a highway maintenance or construction project; or
- Three years of supervisory experience on a maintenance or construction project; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
