Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Sales Administrator to join them. You will report to the Program Director and will have an on-site, 1st shift work schedule in East Aurora, New York.

To be considered for Sales Administrator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Will consider an Associates degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with an ERP/ MRP system, CRM tool or equivalent preferred.

As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product price, delivery quotations, equipment requirements, scheduling, and order status.
  • Ensure sales terms are consistent with company objectives and which commit the company.
  • Review orders with pertinent parties making certain that all necessary commitments are finalized.
  • Initiate sales orders and review customer contracts, including proposals and terms and conditions to assure Moog's compliance with all specifications.
  • Complete follow-up on existing orders using available records or gathering information from other internal sources.
  • Respond to customer demands by initiating internal corrective action to satisfy their needs.
  • Maintain effective liaison with divisional departments and divisions within the company as required to determine shipment priority requirements and ensure continued support of customers until orders are fulfilled.
  • Interface with accounting to resolve invoice and credit questions or problems.
  • Use knowledge of products, applications, policies and procedures, contract interpretation, and technical expertise to drive results.
  • Consult with manager on emergency and complex or unusual situations.
  • Travel to customer locations as required (expected to be infrequent).

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $28.85-$35.10 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
