Description Acara Solutions is seeking a direct hire Master Scheduler to join a medical manufacturer in Salem, Virginia. Location: Salem, VA - 100% onsite Type: Direct hire Responsibilities: Uphold the company's values, adhering to safety, environmental, security, and quality standards including FDA regulations and company policies. Develop a master Kanban schedule to align with delivery dates, production capacity, and available resources. Monitor in-progress orders and making adjustments to maintain schedule compliance. Prepare and share regular reports on safety stock and delivery performance. Manage planning bills of materials for relevant products. Lead efficiency and process improvements, working with IT on system enhancements. Act as an internal customer service liaison and coordinates facility sales and operations planning. Perform other related tasks as needed.
