Responsibilities

* Partner and Align with internal teams telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps

* Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (ie. Mobile phones/tables, plans, features and technical knowledge)

* Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services

* Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services

* Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs

* Serve as an escalation point for customers

* Analyze and implement efficient IT process

* Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement

* Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives

* Accountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally

* Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Requirements

* Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirement

* Proven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role

* Experience in project management

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge of system database and troubleshooting

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audience

* Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendors

* Collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning

Comments for Suppliers: Work will include managing ticket queue in ServiceNow

Updating & maintaining knowledge based articles

Actioning telecom requests (carrier changes, line transfers, etc.)

Working with telecom vendor partner(s) to review optimization reports & make recommendations

RTI (return to inventory)

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) experience a huge plus
