Detailed Job Description:

  • Manage inventory of parts coming in from the warehouse to the inspection cell.
  • Perform EH&S risk assessment of all parts to client standards.
  • Stage parts for the inspection team.
  • Stage parts for return to the warehouse and communicate with the warehouse.
  • Maintain tool inventory by recording check-in/check-out and the condition of the tools.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment within the cell.
  • Personnel are not expected to individually lift any object weighing more than 25 lbs. Items above 25 lbs. in weight should be moved by two people or with lifting devices.
  • Operate a powered floor crane and a powered stacker. Working schedule is targeted for 1st shift Mon-Fri: 6:00am - 3:00pm CST.
  • Must have work experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or material handling.
  • Able and willing to articulate needs or mishaps to supervisor
  • Able to collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries.
  • Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills,disciplined with good time management
  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft Outlook
  • Previous experience with a powered lifting devices a plus
  • Prior aerospace experience a plus
