POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for a Configuration Management Analyst. The Configuration Management Analyst will provide support to Naval Information Warfare Command Pacific (NIWC-PAC) projects as required relating to a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders. The individual will provide directional & technical support involving multiple tasks/projects to include, but not limited to, the following:



  • Ability to analyze, maintain and recommend changes to the AVB databases and all corresponding support functions to include deliverable applications.
  • Support & supervise documentation of configuration change management procedures as needed.
  • Responsible for tracking equipment and execution of process controls, ensuring that staff comply with process and data standards.
  • Assists with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support involving multiple tasks/projects.
  • Support and supervise documentation of configuration change management procedures as needed. Ability to track and organize data for multiple projects on a Navy contract.
  • Responsible for the execution of the process controls, ensuring that staff comply with process and data standards.
  • Directs, prioritizes and schedules audits; ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits is carried out.
  • Oversee activities related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services: Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of cost of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Support the management and transfer of Government property during system changes.
  • Support financial analysis of operational requirements of each task order.
  • Experience with a thorough knowledge in configuration management principles and use of US Navy applications.
  • Ability to analyze, maintain and recommend changes to the ATFP Remedy databases and all of its modules.
  • Ability to conduct assessment and approval of Asset Data submittals from ATFP Ashore Contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support the management and transfer of Government property during system changes.
  • Support financial analysis of operational requirements of each task order.
  • Responsible to creating and updating data for Monthly status Reports and Biweekly status reports.


Payrate: $60,000 to $80,000 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in related field.
  • Four (4) years' experience on a U.S. Navy C4I Contract.
  • Qualified candidates must currently hold and maintain an Active Security Clearance.
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Basic understanding of NAVFAC AT/FP/CNIC policies and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of USN principles and processes.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
