Job Description Summary The Facility Support Specialist will play a vital role in delivering world-class experiences and enhancing the overall employee experience within our office. This dynamic position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including event setup and teardown, restocking and resetting conference rooms, coordinating employee relocations, and conducting essential facility maintenance tasks such as power washing and building inspections. As a proactive and versatile team member, you will ensure our facility operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing significantly to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and teardown by arranging furniture, setting up audiovisual equipment, coordinating with organizers, and ensuring the space is clean and organized.
- Maintain conference rooms by restocking supplies and performing routine checks to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Execute employee moves, including setting up workstations and handling office furniture relocation.
- Provide general facility support by addressing requests and issues, performing routine maintenance, and managing inventory of facility supplies.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and power washing as needed to address potential issues, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and company regulations
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety and operational standards, identify and report issues, create tickets to document and track these issues, and collaborate with relevant departments on corrective actions.
- Manage and prioritize work order tickets, communicate status updates to employees, and track progress to ensure timely resolution and efficient facility operations.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in facility support, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams and departments.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with facility management tools and systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to quality and service.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The compensation for the position is: $29.50 - $29.50
