Compensation Range
$140,000 - 175,000 per year

This is a Hybrid role and consists of a combination of WFH In Person work

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting with 4+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA and/or CMA a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and resources in large, complex business environments.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a cross-functional team.
  • Self-directed, proactive with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An excellent communicator who can write, present, and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.

Work Environment:



  • Exposure to computer screens.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Required hybrid work schedule, at least 3 days/week in office.
  • Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for oversight, management, and reporting of the US Domestic operations of Carrix.



  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the completion of financial reporting deliverables to management and stakeholders.
  • Supports month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reported in a timely manner.
  • Ensures accurate preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes and checklists according to schedule and in compliance with U.S. GAAP and reporting standards.
  • Provide recommendations and assist in the strategy for the financial components and reporting components of the company's ERP and supporting software
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, helping to shape the company's financial strategy and long-term goals
  • Collaborates with other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
