Caustic Operator

Prepare a die for the press by tearing it down and sending it through the caustic process.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

• Pick and set up dies based on orders scheduled for the press

• After use, tear dies down to prepare for cleaning
• Clean, rinse and prepare dies for next use
• Return cleaned dies to the Press for upcoming runs or into storage
• Change caustic solution in the caustic tanks
• Clean the press container and the press nose when required
