Functional area: Consulting; Business Development; Communications Remuneration: Exempt The Senior Manager, Development Optimizationposition will be pivotal in guiding our organization through the strategic implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, technical acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Will own the overall business requirements gathering process, including engaging with business owners and product owners to understand the future state process, document the detailed requirements, and articulate high-level feasibility in Salesforce Responsibilities:
- Develop material for and lead discovery and requirements scoping workshops with business owners
- Understand business processes and pain points to provide effective solutions and improvements
- Synthesize future business asks and needs into agile epics and features
- Prioritize these epics and features in the agile backlog to ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with the technical team/architect to ensure sufficient functional design details are provided
- Facilitate the creation of a detailed Salesforce technical design that meets business requirements
- Lead analysts as needed to ensure there is technical and functional alignment
- Assist and advise the Product Owner on backlog prioritization based on readiness, business need, and feasibility
- Prioritize UI/UX needs and workflows for the renewable energy development lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in STEM or business discipline (engineering, computer science, information systems, etc.)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud AND/OR Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Proven experience in leading discovery and requirements scoping workshops
- Understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management
- Experience with integrations and middleware solutions (Mulesoft, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Willingness to train and upskill on large-scale technical implementations, prior experience is a plus
- Willingness to train and upskill on Salesforce, prior experience is a plus
- Understanding of business UI/UX needs and ability to translate into product requirements
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in agile documentation and tools (ADO, Jira, Rally, etc.)
- Proficiency with business process mapping tools
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce implementation projects in a leadership role
- This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations
Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in New York is $132,000- $190,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
