Stanley Consultants is seeking a talented and driven individual that wants to take the next step in their career and manage transportation projects for our top clients including the Louisiana DOTD. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Baton Rouge, LA office. This individual will provide engineering expertise and project management for various projects throughout the State of Louisiana. This position requires experience on roadway design as well as a determination to grow their transportation design knowledge. This position plans, designs, and manages the full cycle of transportation projects from Concept through Construction. This includes managing all activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, and risk elements to provide excellent client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility for a variety of clients. Annual volume managed could approach $1,000,000 in annual gross revenue. This position may also assist in business development opportunities from the Baton Rouge office. What You Will Be Doing:

Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home.
