We are seeking a Student Intern for our Transportation Construction Services Department out of our Salt Lake City, UT office. This individual will work with senior engineers and inspectors on a comprehensive range of construction management projects. Experience will be gained on wide range of projects from local agency projects to major interstate projects.

What You Will Be Doing:



  • Assist with oversight of various infrastructure projects in the construction phase.
  • Learn quality metrics, testing requirements, scheduling, forecasting, and inspection duties.


Required Qualifications:



  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program with the ability to obtain Engineering-In-Training status; Construction Management emphasis is preferred
  • Must be at least a college sophomore
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Driving record in good standing
  • Knowledge of Primavera and/or Microsoft Project preferred, but not required
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive work habits
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Salt Lake City metro area
  • May be required to work nights
  • Extended hours may be required, anticipated 40+ hours/week, but not guaranteed
  • Use of personal mobile phone is required (reimbursement will be provided per company policy)
