As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression. We prioritize friendly, courteous, and professional interactions to ensure our guests depart with unforgettable experiences.

Essential Job Functions:




  • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
  • Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure
  • Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant
  • Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations


Physical Demands:



  • Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
  • Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas


Wage: $15.00/ hr plus tips

Qualifications:

Education:



  • High school diploma or its equivalent


Experience:



  • Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Certification required
