Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week This position is a hybrid schedule. Tuesday - Thursday in the White Plains, NY office and Monday and Friday work from home. Role Overview: As part of the Corporate Compliance Department, you'll play a pivotal role in investigating and evaluating agent sales practices for violations of state / federal regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, understands Life Insurance products, annuities, and Securities, and can discern and prioritize findings from various sources, presenting them in clear and effective written narratives appropriate for diverse audiences. The senior associate will have the opportunity to engage with different business partners around the company. The role also includes development and testing of compliance procedures and processes aimed at continuous improvement of sales practice monitoring. Who We Are: The Market Surveillance Unit (MSU) is a group of experienced Corporate Compliance professionals who monitor Agent sales practices for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures. When potential violations are detected, the team is responsible for escalating the activity and working collaboratively with business partners, both in the home office and field offices on appropriate resolutions. #LI-VL1 Pay Transparency Salary Range:$77,500-$110,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
