Dynamic Ratings, Inc. continues to grow and we are adding to our Shipping & Receiving Team! We have an opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to prepare orders for shipment and receive components from vendors. Requirements and Skills: Prepare orders for shipment to customers such that all components arrive safely at their destination. Receive components from vendors and follow all receiving procedures for maintaining accurate inventory using the business system. Receive shipments from customers such as RMAs and make sure they are given to the appropriate personnel. Participate on cycle counting with the Supply Chain Manager to maintain accurate inventory in the business system. Work on basic assembly of components as directed by the Production Supervisor and as training & time allows. Operate in a safe environment by following defined guidelines and by using required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as wire stripping & cutting. Must possess solid computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and a desire to perform your job accurately and efficiently is required. Should be skilled at verbal communication with the Production Manager for scheduling & quality issues and with the Supply Chain Manager for procurement issues. Must be able to communicate in, and understand, verbal and written communication in the English language. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and push up to 150 pounds, working with the Production Team to lift/move heavier materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time; the majority of the job involves working on your feet. At Dynamic Ratings, we value our employees.
