REWINDER OPERATOR (202155)

Responsibilities:

• Loading rolls of paper onto machine
• Packaging and palletizing finished product
• Examining finished product for defects to ensure quality expectations are met
• Collaborating with purchasing on supply inventory needs such as cores, plugs, cartons, etc.
• Communicating with scheduling and shipping on work order status
• Making changes to shear slitters on machine
• Looking up information in computer system regarding inventory and supplies
• Reporting all machine issues to maintenance team
• Will be trained and certified to operate lift trucks
• Learning and understanding different grades of paper
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Abiding by all safety procedures and policies especially around nip points of machine

General Information:

Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday with Friday as needed for overtime

Length: Temp to Hire

Pay: $22.25

Location: Neenah

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions
• Must be able to use a standard tape measure
• Must be able to bend, twist, and rotate, stand on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery
• Be aware the work environment is usually loud when machines are running
